£1 billion assets under advice

The Penny Group has reached its medium-term business plan of £1 billion AUA.

This year, The Penny Group has reached a significant milestone in the company’s evolution – reaching £1 billion in assets under advice (AUA). Hitting this target by 2024 has been a key objective for the company, and we are thrilled to have achieved it.

Providing the highest standards of service to our clients is at the heart of everything we do as Chartered Financial Planners.

We are proud that our clients continue to demonstrate the high level of trust which they place in us by appointing us to manage their financial affairs, and would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to them.

Our people are the heartbeat of our business and reaching this goal would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of all our fantastic colleagues and former colleagues. A massive thank you to everyone who has contributed and continues to contribute to our collective success.

Supportive partners

We are proud to be members of the Openwork Partnership, and of our position and the role we play as  the largest wealth firm in the network. The support of the Openwork Partnership has been important to our growth, and we look forward to continuing to work closely with Openwork over the coming years.

Looking ahead

We are excited about the future of The Penny Group. We have ambitious plans for the years ahead and expect to be managing £2.5 billion of client assets by 2028. We remain highly motivated to continue delivering the high service that clients expect, whilst growing the company and building on what we have achieved so far.

Matt Grimes, Managing Director, comments “Many thanks to all our colleagues and clients for the support and trust they have placed in us to reach this point in our growth. We are very proud of our Corporate Chartered status and our Adviser Academy which equips us to meet the needs of our growing business. The journey ahead looks equally exciting as we look to enhance our proposition further in the coming years, which is all underpinned by our culture and values”.
