Only by understanding a clients’ situation and their motivations can you provide solid dependable financial advice. For me, building strong relationships with clients over many years is the key to delivering this.
I have spent my entire career in financial services, spanning nearly 40 years. I started out working for NatWest Bank and since 1997 I have run my own Financial Advice Practice, which was amalgamated into the Penny Group in 2022. I work with the team at the Penny Group, continuing to look after many of my long-standing clients, some going back to my NatWest days. I tend to specialise in retirement planning now, providing the support and advice needed to ensure those very same clients have peace of mind and can enjoy their life after work.
