I joined the Penny Group as Operations Director in September 2022 with over 10 years of Financial Service experience working across a variety of roles including Compliance, Finance, Operations and HR.
As the Operations Director at the Penny Group, I collaborate with the Board and Senior Management Team to develop and implement the strategic vision and growth plans as well as the day-to-day running of the company’s operations.
I am responsible for ensuring that the overall infrastructure, including IT and practice management systems support the efficient and compliant running of the business within a robust governance framework.
I enjoy the variety the role brings, contributing to the overall client experience, and providing the framework to see colleagues grow and progress in their career track.
