When we initially outlined our vision for the Penny Group, the four partners wanted to build an organisation with a culture of inclusion and camaraderie amongst colleagues, with a core focus on delivering great client service. These are still the things which motivate me today.
I enjoy the buzz of a vibrant office where people like coming to work and take great pleasure in helping clients plan and execute a financial strategy. I feel extremely fortunate that I love my job and the colleagues and clients I work with every day.
