About Lorna

With more than 35 years of experience in financial services, I am the Academy & Operations Manager at The Penny Group. In this role, I oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of the Academy programme, as well supporting the operational aspects of the business with recruitment, HR requirements, colleague well-being, personal growth and performance management.

I am passionate about providing support to the next generation of advisers enabling them to provide a quality service and excellent outcomes for our clients.

My previous roles have included quality oversight, principal and adviser supervision and business development roles. I am committed to supporting the professional growth and development of our colleagues, and in contributing to the success and continued growth of The Penny Group.
