I am firmly committed to my role as Senior Client Relationship Manager at the Penny Group, and always put my clients at the heart of what I do.
I have worked in the mortgage industry for over a decade now, completing my CeMap qualification with an established building society. I spent a number of years advising on mortgages and life insurance and lead a team of mortgage advisers and personal bankers. Having learnt the craft in the retail sector I decided to make a change and join the Penny Group.
Over the past six years I've had the pleasure of assisting the team and our clients in their mortgage journey and establishing strong relations with our clients.
