What I love most about my role is that I’m constantly presented with new challenges which force me to problem solve and think of creative solutions.
I started my career in financial services a few years ago as a Data Analyst, shortly after graduating from Swansea University.
My current role at the Penny Group includes everything from MI to payroll. I am responsible for assisting not only senior management with actionable insights, but also helping our advisers and support staff with leveraging existing tools and managing data.
