About Zara
As a senior client relationship manager, I'm a part of the client’s mortgage journey and provide them with the help and support that they need from their application through to completion.
I have worked within mortgages for over ten years. I started my mortgage journey in a bank and was able to develop on this further when I joined the Penny Group in 2015. Being heavily involved in the mortgage process, I was able to utilise the knowledge I had gained in banking and put together a process that works for our clients.
