The Penny Group has been officially recognised by the UK’s leading employee engagement specialist.
The Penny Group has been officially recognised as a “One to Watch” organisation by Best Companies, the UK’s leading employee engagement specialist. In addition to earning this accreditation, the firm has also been named as one of the 75 Best Small Companies to Work For in 2025 and one of the Top 75 Best Companies to Work For in London.
Best Companies’ accreditations are widely regarded as the benchmark for workplace engagement in the UK. Their rigorous methodology is based on confidential employee feedback, providing an accurate and independent measure of how people feel about working for their organisation. Achieving “Ones to Watch” status means that The Penny Group has demonstrated strong levels of engagement across key areas such as leadership, wellbeing, personal growth, and fair treatment.
As part of the survey process, The Penny Group also pledged to donate £50 for every completed employee engagement survey to its chosen charity, The Openwork Foundation, raising a total of £3,850.
This recognition marks The Penny Group’s first year taking part in the Best Companies survey and highlights its commitment to creating a supportive and engaging workplace where people can thrive. The insight from the process will also help guide future initiatives aimed at further enhancing the firm’s culture and employee experience.
